Ultra Fine Steel Shot
Ultra Fine Steel Shot is a super-fine particle blasting medium developed by LuXing Metal for precision surface treatment

1 / 7Technical Overview
Ultra Fine Steel Shot UFSS | Super-fine blasting medium, particle size 0.1-0.7mm, high-carbon steel spherical abrasive. For precision shot peening, micro-deburring & ultra-precision surface finishing. Low RA, safe for thin-walled parts, penetrates micro-holes & narrow gaps. First choice to replace glass beads & non-metallic abrasives.
Ultra Fine Steel Shot is a super-fine particle blasting medium developed by LuXing Metal for precision surface treatment. Made from premium high-carbon steel via advanced atomization, it delivers excellent sphericity, uniform particle distribution, and soft impact characteristics. Compared to standard steel shot, ultra fine shot features significantly smaller diameters (0.1–0.7 mm), enabling deep penetration into micro-holes, narrow gaps, and complex internal cavities — making it irreplaceable in precision component processing.
