Product Description

Stainless Steel Shot | AISI 410 (hardenable, 35-45 HRC) / AISI 430 (corrosion-resistant) spherical abrasive, AMS 2431/MIL-S-13165 compliant. Zero carbon contamination risk. For aerospace, medical equipment & food processing. 0.2-2.0mm, annual capacity 50,000 tons.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, our stainless shot is ideal for applications where carbon contamination must be avoided. AISI 410 can be heat-treated to 35-45 HRC for shot peening and surface cleaning; AISI 430 ferritic stainless offers superior corrosion resistance for applications where hardness is less critical. Perfect for aerospace, medical equipment, and food processing industries. The stainless steel composition ensures zero iron residue on treated surfaces, eliminating the need for additional passivation steps.

Core Technical Advantages

Secondary Quenching Process

After primary centrifugal quenching, we apply a second hardening cycle. This creates a denser microstructure, significantly inhibiting carbon deviation. The result: 1.3× longer service life, lower breakage rate, less dust, better elasticity and faster cleaning speed.
