Patented hardening technology
Our steel shot and grit undergo a second hardening cycle after primary centrifugal quenching. This produces a denser, more uniform tempered martensite microstructure that significantly suppresses carbon deviation — delivering 30% longer service life, lower breakage and dramatically reduced dust compared to conventional single-quench products.
0.1mm – 0.5mm industrialized production
In 2014, LuXing partnered with Shandong University to break the traditional process bottleneck. We became the first in China to industrialize 0.1mm and 0.2mm steel shot production — a breakthrough that elevated sub-0.5mm shot quality to a new level and filled the domestic supply gap for ultra-fine grades used in precision casting and aerospace component peening.
